Chicken Vol au Vant:  Delightful Chicken Mornay flowing from a Puff Pastry Vol au Vant Case,on to a bed of Fluffy Jasmine Rice.
Salt & Pepper Torpedo Calamari:  Tender Pieces of Calamari with a light Salt & Pepper Coating, Oven Cooked and served with a Light Salad
 Main: (served alternately)
Chicken Florentine: Fresh Chicken Breast Portion, filled with Cream Cheese, English Spinach and Pine Nuts. Roasted to perfection and served with Bernaise Sauce.
Seared Rib Eye Steak: Prime Grain Fed Scotch Fillet, cooked to medium texture and served with a Dianne Sauce

All Main Meals accompanied by Fresh Seasonal Vegetables

Murray Mousse & Mud Cake: A Chocolate Connoisseur's Delight, and Gluten Free Dense Fudgy Chocolate Cake Base underneath a Light Chocolate Mousse Layer which is finished with a Smooth Chocolate Cream Vermicelli.
Mango & Macadamia Cheesecake: A luscious blend of cream cheese, mango & macadamia pieces, sitting atop a chocolate biscuit crum base and finished with toasted macadamia pieces and mango

In accordance with the current Liquor Act Grinners Catering staff are not permitted to serve alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 years. NSW Liquor licensing laws do not allow us to permit patrons or guests to bring beverages onto or remove from the premises
