Platters of Assorted Canapes. Antipasto Platters & Hot Assorted Pastries

Entree:  (served alternately)
Marinated Lamb Fillet:  Tender Baby Marinated Lamb Pieces, slow roasted to trap in the Palate Tempting Juices, sliced and served on a bed of Wild Rice
Tempura Flathead Tails:  Boneless Flathead Fillets in a Tempura Batter, served on a bed of Mesculin Salad, with Tartare Sauce.


Main: (served alternately)
Chicken Mediterranean: A Breast of Chicken, filled with Cream Cheese, Sun Dried Tomato, Olives & Herbs and Roasted to Perfection, served with Bernaise Sauce.
Beef Wellington: Prime Yearling Beef Fillet, marinated in Cognac, surrounded with Mushroom Duxelle and wrapped in Fillo Pastry, served with Bernaise Sauce.
All Main Meals accompanied by Fresh Seasonal Vegetables

Bakers Basket: Freshly Baked Dinner Rolls & Butter at each place setting for both the entrée and main meal

In accordance with the current Liquor Act Grinners Catering staff are not permitted to serve alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 years. NSW Liquor licensing laws do not allow us to permit patrons or guests to bring beverages onto or remove from the premises
