Our Gourmet Buffet:
Santa Fe Beef: A Premium Cut Beef, coated with a moderately Spicy Pepper Crust and Roasted to Perfection.
Marinated Chicken: Lean Chicken Fillets, marinated in Hoi Sin Sauce & Oven Baked to seal in the Flavour
Hot Potatoes: Steaming Jacket Potatoes, Basted in Garlic Herb Butter with a sprinkling of Paprika.
Whole Baked Pumpkin: Whole Pumpkin, Seasoned with Breadcrumbs, Onion, Egg & Herbs, and served Direct from the Carvery.

In accordance with the current Liquor Act Grinners Catering staff are not permitted to serve alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 years. NSW Liquor licensing laws do not allow us to permit patrons or guests to bring beverages onto or remove from the premises
