Baked Leg Ham, served Hot from the Carvery with a Selection of Condiments
Roasted Turkey: Succulent Roasted Turkey accompanied by Rich Brown Gravy & Cranberry Sauce.
Country Potato Bake: The dish that keeps your guests coming back for more. Hearty Slices of Pontiac Potatoes, layered and baked with Cream, Bacon, Shallots and Grated Cheese.
Vegetable Medley: A Combination of Steamed Broccoli Flowerets, Green Beans, Juicy Baby Corn and Carrots
Mesculin Salad: Traditionally a Green Salad made up of a Variety of Lettuce Mix, sliced Spanish Onions, sliced Cucumber with Shaved Parmesan Cheese and a Balsamic Vinegar & Olive Oil Dressing.
Tomato & Bocconcini Platter: Finely Sliced Roma Tomatoes and Bocconcini Cheese layered in a Spiral Design, on a Flat Platter, sprinkled with Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil and Cracked Black Pepper, garnished with Sprigs of Fresh Basil for that finishing touch.

In accordance with the current Liquor Act Grinners Catering staff are not permitted to serve alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 years. NSW Liquor licensing laws do not allow us to permit patrons or guests to bring beverages onto or remove from the premises
