It is important to be aware that a large number of caterers currently operating do not necessarily comply with important legislative standards, thus placing their unsuspecting clients and their guests at risk.
We are members of Restaurant and Caterers Association of NSW, from which we hold GOLD LICENCE ACCREDITATION. We have in place our own National Food Safety Management System, we operate from Health Department Approved Premises and carry all the statutory insurances including Workers Compensation as well as Public and Product Liability.
